I got introduced to Access Bars in 2017 by a former Reiki student who moved back to Canada. Following his presentation, we practised a few hands positions and I immediately got hooked.

After hours of dedicated study and practice with different Bars Facilitators in Europe, I got my Facilitator/Teacher diploma from the main organisation set in the USA.

During this training, you will learn the fundamentals of the technique:

- Mantras to Access Bars

- Access clearing statement

- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder sequencing system

- Bars Foundation

- Hands position on the head

- Meaning of each Bars

- What to say when holding the position

- Receiving and giving 2 Bars session

- Video of the creators of Access bars

You will be given the Access Bars manual, the Access Bars certificate and the laminated recap paper of all hands position to use during your practice.

This training is accessible to anyone interested in energy work. You don’t need to have a particular ability or sensibility to run people’s Bars.
