Eating is a big part of our daily life. We eat to stay alive, to feed our organs but also to socialise and feel good.

What we put in our mouth will have an impact on our Gut (stomach-intestine) and on our physical and emotional health.

The influence of the gut on our health and well-being is one of the new lines in modern medicine.

The gut has been chemically creating since the beginning of humanity a different blood type depending on what people were eating at that time.

Each blood type (O ;  A ;  B ;  AB) have an almost similar composition. 
If you don't treat your gut the same way your ancestors with similar blood type did, you will develop intolerance or digestive problems that could lead to more serious health issue.

Example: People from blood type O will perfectly digest meat that will make them strong and will provide them with energy unlike people from blood type A that will stock meat as fat !!

If you eat food that is not appropriate for your blood type, you are more likely to develop gut bloating, chronic fatigue or hyper-activity, constipation or diarrhoea, skin allergies, headaches, stress, weight gain, concentration or memory loss problem, and more serious health problem.
